Fashion UK söker en Sales Account Manager
Role Summary:
A Sales Account Manager driving all aspects of the company’s sales operations within the Sweden territory, taking full ownership of revenue growth, customer relationships, and market development. The role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding existing accounts, and executing territory sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, the Sales Account Manager builds long-term partnerships, understands customer needs, and delivers tailored solutions that create value. The position also involves forecasting sales performance, negotiating contracts, collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success, and maintaining strong knowledge of the Swedish market, competitive landscape, and industry trends to consistently drive sustainable growth.

Role Purpose:
Drive profitable sales growth across licensed fashion accounts, owning commercial performance, senior retail relationships, and team delivery in line with Fashion UK’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own day to day commercial decision making, working closely with the Head of Sales
• Deliver annual sales budgets and forecasts across existing and new business
• Lead senior level retail relationships, including quarterly business reviews
• Share accountability for P&L performance, margin delivery, and cost control
• Develop and execute sales strategies that maximise revenue, margin, and opportunity
• Manage key accounts while supporting sales managers through collaboration and leadership
• Ensure robust commercial processes, including lead time planning and delivery adherence
• Represent sales performance clearly in management forums and reporting cycles
• Resolve customer issues pragmatically, protecting Fashion UK’s commercial position
• Work cross functionally with Design, Technical, Operations, Merchandising, and Finance to drive coordinated execution
• Contribute at senior management level to strategic planning, business development, and continuous improvement
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Strengthen alignment between sales and support teams to improve speed, accuracy, and commercial outcomes
• Drive consistency and effectiveness in sales processes
• Lead team briefings, performance reviews, and talent development activity
• Support recruitment, training, and organisational development in partnership with HR and Operations
• Undertake additional duties aligned with the seniority of the role
Success Measures:
• Sales Performance: annual revenue and margin targets met or exceeded
• Profitability: P&L performance delivered within agreed overhead and cost parameters
• Forecast Accuracy: Forecasts consistently within agreed tolerance levels
• Customer Retention & Growth: Key retail accounts retained and grown year on year
• Delivery & Execution: Lead time adherence and on time delivery performance maintained or improved
• Team Performance: Sales team engagement, capability, and performance trending positively
• Cross Functional Effectiveness: Clear improvement in speed, quality, and consistency of internal delivery
• Strategic Impact: Tangible contribution to new initiatives, licences, or growth opportunities
Experience & Capability:
• Proven senior sales leadership experience within licensed fashion or a comparable sector
• Strong commercial acumen with hands on P&L, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Confident operating with senior retail stakeholders and executive level counterparts
• Deep understanding of product, costing, and commercial negotiation (royalties, duty, margins)
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into execution
• Clear, credible communicator able to lead, influence, and challenge constructively
