Scandinavia enjoys close ties with Germany and, in particular, with Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in many respects. From a commercial point of view, thanks to its geographic location, the country offers Danish and Swedish companies access to the whole of Central Europe, making Germany into an important economic partner and market for companies from Denmark and Sweden.

The IHK in Schwerin is inviting companies to attend the “Baltic Business Dialog” event on 5 October 2017. The objective of the event is to offer companies from West Mecklenburg, Denmark and South Sweden a platform for interacting at commercial level.

We hereby extend a warm welcome to come and experience the commercial state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern for yourself. You can also take advantage of this opportunity to find out about projects pertaining to the promotion of economic interests in the metropolitan area of Hamburg in order to get a sense of potential cooperation opportunities. The workshop offers you the chance to exchange intercultural experiences.

The German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce will attend the event to answer any questions with regards to expanding your business to Sweden and Germany.
