Je nach System sind die Profilwerkzeuge mit Wechselplatten auf Ein-und Mehrspindeldrehmaschinen, Futter – und Revolvermaschinen sowie CNC- und Langdrehmaschinen einsetzbar.

Neben dem Hauptstandort in Obereschach mit über 100 qualifizierten Spezialisten sorgen weitere Fertigungsstandorte in USA, Frankreich und China zu schnellen Reaktionszeiten und Flexibilität.

At the beginning of the 1990s, Schwanog decided to focus on an in-house developed form tool system and insertable tools for grooving to provide maximum productivity. This innovative idea has made Schwanog one of the worldwide leading manufacturers in this market segment. Reductions in workpiece costs of up to 40% for the customer have been the key to success.

Depending on the system, the insertable form tools can be used on single- and multi-spindle lathes, chucking and turret machines, CNC machines and Swiss type lathes.

The main company site, with more than 100 qualified specialists, is situated in Obereschach, Germany. There are also additional production sites in the USA, France and China ensuring fast reaction times and flexibility.
