Seminar: How Can We Increase the Share of Bio-based Raw Materials in Industry?
The Industry is accelerating the transition to net-zero emissions. The supply of bio-based industrial products is struggling to keep up with the high demand. What is holding back development? Which measures have industry and politics already agreed on and in which areas do compromises still need to be found?
In order to promote the development towards an adapted industry of the future, politics and industry need to join forces in the context of the green transition to ensure industry's access to bio-based raw materials. Together with the German chemical company BASF, we invite German and Swedish speakers from politics, industry and government to discuss how innovative technologies can support society on the way to a circular and sustainable economy and what solutions can help Sweden to the forefront of a new global and sustainable industry.
The discussion is moderated by Sanna Balsvik and will be held in English. It is free of charge and aimed at politicians, business decision-makers, representatives from authorities, media and NGOs.
