Customer Service Representative Scandinavia (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

► You are the main contact person for our Scandinavian customers in day-to-day business as part of the order-to-cash process,

► You will be processing all support requests from your existing customers, in close collaboration with all relevant functions such as sales, product management, shipping and accounting

► You recognize potential for improvement and enjoy working with a strong international team to advance it

► You respond to the individual requirements of your customers in a solution and service-oriented manner

► Data maintenance and documentation of all processes as well as the checking of product availability will also be part of this position


Your Qualifications:

► You are fluent in Swedish and Danish

► You also speak German or English very well

► You have a commercial apprenticeship (or a comparable degree) and more than three years of professional experience

► You know how to work with MS Office (especially Excel), SAP is a plus

► You have an open-minded personality and a structured & independent work style
