Tipser söker en tysktalande Key Account Manager

Tipser is a scale-up tech-company that builds and offers a groundbreaking platform that enables e-commerce on any site, bringing the consumer closer to the brand and the brand closer to the publisher. We aim to be the backbone of future e-commerce. 

Our vision is to empower publishers to run (distributed) commerce on their own platforms; including shopping carts, checkout, payment as well as serving real time statistical data. We want to be the transactional backbone for anyone that wants to sell anything on their site.

We synchronise millions of products from hundreds of merchants into one product catalog from which customers can start building their own on-demand marketplace that will be integrated on their own site. On top of this we are responsible for keeping financial data consistent to make sure payments are going to the correct receiver.

Our clients are the major media houses in Scandinavia, Germany and France. Our international expansion will continue during 2019 and 2020, so more countries will come, and that’s why we need YOU on our sales-team.


As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Be the key point of contact with key accounts and grow current accounts.

  • Support the Tipser sales-team during new client acquisition

  • Put together the project/time-outline for the implementation of Tipser with your accounts.

  • Plan, introduce and on-board Tipser-platform with your clients.

  • Educate in and communicate all features in Tipser-platform to your clients

  • Optimize data and sales with your clients through Tipser-platform with a marketing plan, campaign schedules and ongoing data analysis.

  • Regular meetings and follow-ups with your client to secure sales-targets and optimization of data and performance of the Tipser-platform

  • Day-to-day communication with your client to secure the KPI’s, to motivate and inspire your client

  • Monthly budget follow-up, sales and traffic development  as well as strategy and feedback evaluation every 6 month with your clients.

  • Build relationships and get creative with new solutions to grow your clients business

  • Provide sales support and client training within the Tipser-plattform.

  • Review cost and sales performance

  • Follow up on performance data and analytic

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives

You have:

  • Minimum three years of Key Account and/or project management experience with a proven track record in strategic client work.

  • Consultative Sales Experience – present key selling points while focusing on the customer’s needs

  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting as well as presenting data to the management team and stakeholders

  • Previously well achieved revenue and budget goals

  • Experience in technology/digital solutions (preferably SaaS), offering a complex solution to the market.

  • Business level of English in speaking a writing, as well as German.

  • Self-driven and not in need of micro management

We will like it if you:

  • Have sales experience in SaaS/analytical mindset with experience from data analysis

  • Experience from working with or in a tech-company and a development team

  • A passion and/or experience in e-commerce and/or ad-tech, as well selling digital solutions.

  • Established network within media, publishing or (digital) advertising 

  • Experience from working with e-commerce and/or conversion optimization is a plus 

  • Swedish, and/or French language or market experience is a huge plus
