Thomann söker Customer Service Representative till huvudkontoret i Treppendorf

Musikhaus Thomann is Europe's largest music retailer with around 1500 employees at its Treppendorf location. We continue to grow and are looking for you to join our customer service team full-time. As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will support our Swedish customers.

 

Your Tasks

  • Processing all international orders and enquiries by phone, e-mail and chat

  • Customer advice in cooperation with our product and service specialists

  • Advocating on behalf of our customers to represent their concerns and interests

  • Ensuring smooth handling of the services we provide

  • Working in close cooperation with our experts in services and workshops

  • Contributing to the continual optimisation of the services we provide

 

Your Profile

  • Fluent Swedish and English; an additional foreign language would be an advantage

  • Completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training or comparable practical work experience.

  • Excellent and customer-oriented communication skills, as well as a strong service orientation

  • Highly proactive, committed, goal-oriented and a team player

  • Internet affinity and good PC and MS Office skills
