German speaking debt manager to Akelius Group Treasury
Akelius Residential Property AB is one of the biggest and most international residential real estate companies in Europe. The property portfolio is concentrated to metropolitan cities such as Berlin, London, New York, Paris, Stockholm, Toronto and Copenhagen.
We are now looking for a debt manager for our treasury department. The department is on group level and is acting internal bank for the group. We handle liquidity, financing and financial risk management, such as interest rate and currency risk.
As debt manager you will be part of front and middle office. The tasks are varying, but the main part will be managning loans, negotiation of terms and conditions and review of loan agreements. Further, management of financial risks and contact with banks and investors, which also means making company presentations, are part of the function. Some reporting and administration are also included in the role. A few business trips to Europe and North America might also be required.
You will be part of the Akelius treasury department consisting of six colleagues. You will report to the group treasurer. Funding is made locally in those countries where Akelius is present. Therefore, fluent English and German is required. You should have a degree in business and/or economics or other relevant post-secondary education and a few years work experience from similar positions. The position will be placed in the Akelius head office in Danderyd, just outside Stockholm, in Sweden.
